"The resort itself is a little rundown, and we did have a little bit of a smell coming from our shower drain. But the location and the peace and quiet were absolutely fantastic. The breakfast needs a little bit more of a variety in my humble opinion, but it was good. If you’re looking for a place to stay where everything is within walking distance, this is it."

"The Duval House is an excellent accommodation in Key West. It is right off Duval St and convenient to all of the main attractions. We stayed there and decided to walk everywhere we went. It is approximately an 18 minute walk to Mallory Square and a 12 minute walk to Southernmost Point so it is almost dead center to both sides of Duval. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was the perfect size and very clean. The daily breakfast was a great way to start off the day. The fruit topped fresh made waffles were the highlight of what available. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we will definitely be coming back again, hopefully soon. :)"

"We had such a wonderful stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The ladies in the kitchen for breakfast were especially attentive and made us feel so well taken care of. The room was very clean and the property itself was very nice and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better, right in the middle of everything, making it easy to explore. We also loved being able to rent bikes right on-site, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, an amazing experience and we would absolutely stay here again!"
