"Over the last few years, I have used the services of The Watkins Group to assist with several real estate transactions, both buying and selling. Simply put, Everett and his team are the best. Any time there was the slightest glitch or problem, Everett has been there to smooth the way for a problem free closing. I highly recommend working with The Watkins Group. They are professional and knowledgeable and also get the job done."

"Everett Watkins was my agent in 2019. He is a very knowledgeable and insightful real estate agent. He helped me find the best property that suited my situation and helped me with the negotiating process of buying my home. I would highly recommend Everett Watkins and his team for all things real estate in Key West. He knows the island and all the different neighborhoods very well. He has worked with me and my family since 1999."
