Hyatt Vacation Club at Beach House, Key West

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Vacation Club at Beach House in Key West. The 2 bedroom suite was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The balcony was one of our favorite features with a table, chairs, and even a couch that made it feel extra cozy. The kitchen was well appointed, the primary bathroom was beautiful, and the entire space felt very welcoming. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was receiving a text the night before checkout asking us to take out the trash and place all linens in the hallway. That felt more like an Airbnb expectation than a Hyatt experience. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return."

"overall, this hotel is nice. the zero entry pool is nice, as well as the licensed fishing dock so you can go fishing. however, the dishwasher in my room was un usable because there were ants inside. i also had a bed bug scare because i kept getting bit by something in the bed. they sent management up to look but he dismissed our concerns, nothing else was done, and we did not receive a follow up. we ended up having to sleep in the other bed the whole rest of the trip. ant spray was sprayed all over our counter, but that did not really fix the problem. overall, this is a nice hotel for a family trip but the bug issues really freaked me out."

"First time staying here and first time in Key West. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in unit B33 - highly recommend A and B buildings for a view of the ocean off the porch and a view of the Cow Key Channel at your unit entrance. Marie was the concierge and she was SO nice and helpful! She got me in touch with a charter company she recommended for fishing and she nailed it! If you stay here, stop by and chat with her for any and all ideas! And she often can help with coupons or discounted rates! The room was updated and super clean! The primary bathroom was AMAZING!! Double sinks, two rain shower heads plus a bench - it was huge! Ceiling fans in every room! Kitchen has all the utensils you would need! Laundry in unit was a plus! If you need something that’s not in the room or more of something you can request that as needed. The pool was great and they are so good about communicating activities that are happening there. I liked how quiet this location was compared to staying right in Old Town or near Duval St. it was peaceful and the island is only 2X4 miles so you can get anywhere within 10 minutes! If you are someone that likes to be left alone for the most part and have a home away from home - this feels like that! There is an elevator - it’s between C & B Units. Likely the same on the other side of the pool grounds."
